Why do people speak so highly of the Q3131A, like it's sooo much better than the Q3131?

The "A" only stands for "Awesomer because we take the time to make the brass all shiny before we export it to dumbasses in the United States because if it looks prettier then those dumbasses will buy more."

Does the Q3131A have that strange bullet crimp thats onethe Q3131? I don't understand why Winchester crimps that way.
