Simple question, does Q3131A have a primer crimp on it?  Honestly, I've never seen what a crimped primer looks like, so I can't tell by just looking at it.  If I had to guess, I would say yes, as the area just outside the primer is pushed downward a bit.

US ammo that has crimped primers will use a circular crimp, giving a 360° crimp.  You will see a ring around the primer pocket that is about 1mm larger in diameter than the primer pocket itself.  It is made with a crimping die, which is really a concave-faced punch.



This is a pic of some .50BMG rounds.  The top left has a circular crimp, while the others have a 3-point crimp.
