You may think about calling what you you want as an A3 flattop.  The term A2 usually means a fixed carry handle that can not be removed.  It would be horrible if you used the term A2, and were shipped something you really didn't want.

You may want to consider getting a Backup Iron Sight instead of the carry handle.  The BUIS are roughly the same cost, and you can use them with or without an optic.  This will save you money down the road if you decide you want a scope, Eotech, or other optic.

Good luck, RRA builds a nice carbine. You may also want to check to see if you are getting a chrome lined barrel or not. Chrome lining is a nice thing to have if you aren't using a SS barrel.  You may also want to check out what the barrel profie is.  Many, if not most of the RRA come with a heavy barrel.  There are a lot of people who prefer a lighter weight barrel, which is usually available for around the same price.
