You don't need the #39 (or any other SIR)because you stated you are going to get the Surefire M500A.  The M500A will really impress you so don't let people talk you into adding rails you will never use and a CQB rifle really doesnt need to be free floated.  As far as the ARMS mount with the cantilever spacer that seems to be what 90% of the people on here use so thats gotta tell you something.

i thought the 39 was part of the cantilever thing?

i may build one of the rail monsters one day but i want this one to be pratical

The issue of rails is not about adding non practical things.  To employ a propper CQB fighting stance you must either grip a vertical grip or the magwell, otherwise you start to blade your stance the further up the forearm you reach.  Gripping the magwell eliminates use of a light.  Gripping the Vertical grip eliminates use of an M500.

Which ARMS 40 variation will you be getting?

DevL makes a good point as always except I did not find using the M500 to affect my stance very much.  At CQB ranges of 15 yards and in if my body is bladed just slightly I really don't think it would make that much of a difference if I am actually in a gunfight engaging a threat.  Hopefully I will get the drop on him first anyway.  As far as the vertical grip goes I am not a fan of those or tape switches that most people use with them.  I got in the habit of holding the mag well, but as I stated when I used the M500 I did not notice it to change my stance that much.  Granted it did take a little getting used to having my arm out that far, but that is what training and practice is all about right?
