ChromeLined, I appreciate your dedication, but I do have a few other things on my plate. I will be contacting Roy and find out what happened; you wouldn't believe how many people order a 14.7 w/phantom instead of an A2 (as an example, I don't know what he ordered). I came across this thread by chance and decided to chime in. And if I hadn't done that, there would still be nay-sayers jumping over us.
These "bad CMMG customer service" posts are fueled by a few circumstances and hear-say and as stated before, our past problems have been addressed and as evidence with this post, I still want to make good where we fell short.
I don't plan on justifying all of my actions online; I probably won't post on this thread again, but I will contact the customer as he was the involved party.
