 Can I convert a postban ar to L.E. configuration if I am a LEO?  Is this possible or not.  I have 2 prebans, 2 postban's and 2 L.E. guns, and would like to make my post m4gery the real deal.

You will need to wait for the ban to sunset.  

The law is that a LEO rifle needs to be produced as a complete rifle by a SOT, then transfered to the department ( Personal officer sale on  depertment letter head).
