I've got a Harris on my carbine and I've been hearing people talk about this pod-lock deal. What is it and am I missing out?

Thanks in advance.

If you have a swivel bipod you can level the rifle on uneven ground then thow the lever and it will hold the swivel in a fixed position. Also it keeps the rifle from tumping over if you leave it unattended if you throw the lever. Its very low profile and the default position is flush with the height of the folded bipod legs. The Harris swivel bipod, ARMS throw lever and pod lock are for sure the way to go if you want a bipod on an SPR or precison rig. I would not put one on a carbine but thats just me.
