I've tried on that end as well.  I don't know if there is loc-tite on there or what...but this thing will NOT budge.  Any ideas???

Ok ok...so now I feel like an idiot.  I just had to put some duct tape on my vise grips and really roll up my sleeves and turn it.  Anyways, thanks for the replies.  Great board by the way.  Look forward to getting help with my new AR.

Oh and by the way look out for the buffer retainer, it will fly out if you do not keep pressure against it, or at a minimum watch for when it will be able to fly! Sorry should have said that in the first post.

Yeah...it flew out about 2 inches from my head...but I was able to locate it.  Thanks for the heads up.
