Wondering what are good options for replacements to the standard pistol grip. I realize that nothing is available, not is not my question. I want to know what you all use and what is good. The MOE is so widely seen and used that it isn't appealing to me. I am awaiting parts to assemble for my first AR. As soon as I got an AK a few years back, I immediately threw a Hogue grip on it and it changed the gun completely. The Hogue grip for AR looks weird to me and I have developed an interest in the Ergo Overmolded instead.

Has anybody used the Ergo? How is it?

I have a MIAD on both my 6920's and on my 870, but I use a Sierra SPR on my Grendel.

I have a Sierra SPR on my heavy barrel varmit rig; it's great for prone position shooting at distances.  On my other rifles, carbines and SBR's have MagPul Moe+ grips.  I love the sticky rubber finish, very comfortable.

I run an MOE, but am interested in a K grip from Magpul which has a different angle I think. I have not tried the ergo, but I hear the Tango Down is nice and I like the A1 pistol grip as well.

If you can find one of the HK grips they are nice, but will most likely cost you $60.  I have a MIAD and really like it.

I have the rubberized AGR-43 and its material adds a nice grip while reducing vibration felt in the hand from recoil. Looks cool too!
