What's wrong w/ their faces? I don't think they are eating right.
I didn't know Chris, but seeing pics of him gets me so pissed off.................................. and sad at the same time. RIP.
He's the guy in the first pic with the VLTOR T-shirt and back to you, holding the two rifles. CHRIS NEIDRICH, BLACKWATER SECURITY CONTRACTOR, KILLED IN ACTION IN IRAQ |
+1 |
WTF .... GRRRRRRRRRRRR this makes me SOOOOOOO FUKKIN MAD!!!!! |
Actually the last pic you put up is not a contractor, he's SF... or at least that's what www.vltor.com says.
Here is another one, with a XM-8 in ithttp://img42.photobucket.com/albums/v129/moughoun/Chris_XM8.jpg

Needs more than a mag, needs a facelift. +1 on the RIP, Chris. Hope you got a few on your way out, brother. |
Who was Chris? Pardon my ignorance, just new around here. Did you'all know him from ar15.com? SOA
follow the link posted up top by mongo. I dont know if Chris posted on AR15.com or not, but I do know he was a customer of one of the most helpful and informed vendors on the site... MSTN. He was also from FL. Coincidentally, several of the pics above have been posted here by MSTN. More than a few of the guns you see there were apparently built by them. The uppers anyway. He has several customers over there right now.
He was a former military guy who was a CIS contractor in Iraq. Killed in an ambush. We know him from Wes's memorial thread in his forum. Wes at MSTN, that is. |
Chris N was a really good guy with a lot of heart. He was one of the real-deal professionals. Eric at VLTOR (another standup guy) informed me of his passing the day after it happened. It was a terrible loss to the community.
Chris left behind a family, his fiance Angie, and his son Gaige. If you guys would, check the link provided below, and see if you can't contribute to the family's of the fallen warriors of CIS. Thanks much. CIS Memorial Fund -Cap'n Crunch |
Neat rigs.
about the loss of Chris. Sounds like a good guy and a hell of a fighter. I hope he got to take a few with him. |
When we're all done holding hands and talking about Chris, lets do something about it ...where do I sign up to over there and "make things right" in person?
Think I'm kiddin'...try me! |
Good job reposting what are mostly pics already posted here several times by Wes from MSTN from Vltors website.
I hadnt seen them before. Im probably an asshole too |
... Ummm.. Yellow pages, look up "Military Recruiters"... |
The contractor in the second picture standing on the drivers side at the back of the truck was also lost in Iraq in an ambush, his name was Vince Foster. Vince did T&E on new uppers for us (CBE and CMMG) in Iraq. Everyone who looks at this page should take a monent th honor the Contractors and Soldiers who are fighting for our freedom!!!!!
Thanks for the pics!!! Chris Bell |
Too bad we didn't find any weapons of mass destruction. Their lives were lost for nothing. THAT is what pisses me off the most.
Do you REALLY want to help? Please follow the link and make a donation. Most of us have given what we can, and obviously too many have too soon forgotten the fallen. THIS is the way to help. This is the only way that things will be made remotely right for the families of those that have given all. CIS Memorial Fund -Cap'n BTW: Does anyone have the address to the memorial fund for the families of Mike Teague and the other Blackwater PSC's that were attacked in Fallujah? |
For nothing?
What kind of scope does the guy have that is wearing the red scarf thing.. |
That's a matter of opinion, WMD's or not, but bringing the fight to them, rather on our soil is what most others don't mention, and I for one agree that's the way it should be.
Chris & Vince were there for the opportunities, and filling a void that no one else could fill.....security. They took on jobs that most civillians would, or could not do.....and gave up their lives fighting back hard. I still remember first reading about Chris, when he was arrested for wearing a baseball cap with "police" written on their many years ago. My hats off to Chris and Vince, and for what they did, doing what they do best in their line of duty.

I'm gonna loose my fuckin' mind! Ignorant, Easily manipulated by the media, People who cant fuckin think before they speak... THAT is what fuckin' pisses me off. When your world is safe from terrorist extremists because of the sacrifices these men made, will you still say their lives were lost for nothing??? WAKE THE FUCK UP!!! |
Vince and I had a mutual friend. He was torn up pretty bad when Vince died.

I know it’s not easy for you to ignore spin from Hollywood and the media. BUT First. The inspectors never had to find any WMD's. Saddam had to prove he got rid of them. He never did that. If he did, then we wouldn’t be there right now. Second. Most of Bush's opponents told Bush over and over again that they believed Saddam had WMD's. Most of them approved removing Saddam with military power. Now the same wipes are pretending they never said that and point the blame all on Bush. If they didn’t keep piping up on the WMD's in the first place maybe we wouldn’t be there. We were already attacked once n 9-11. Would you trust your own senators and congressman telling you there was a very real threat Saddam had WMDs and may give them to the same who organized 9-11? I believe Bush trusted their judgment and not wanting to see anything happen like that again, he took measures that they recommended. The same asses are now crying foul when they are just as guilty if you want to look at it that way. The Iraqis are an ignorant people as are all Middle Eastern Muslims. They only know fear and death. It’s the only thing they trust. The only government that works for animals like that is a dictatorship. Sad but true. I say people deserve the Govt they have. There will never be peace in Iraq. Never. Why? Because the Muslims don’t want it. It’s all about dying and killing to them. There is a big death cult there and it’s growing fast. They don’t want to be free; they don’t know what freedom is. They desire the security of a brutal theocracy. It’s all they know. As long as there are weak minded horny middle aged men in the Middle East. You will have these idiots F'ing up the peace process. Seriously. It’s a cult. The kill and be killed it’s a ticket to paradise for them. I think all war sucks. But it happens. I personally think they deserve Saddam. Islam is a cult and they chose to stay ignorant. But right now we are in one and to bitch about why we are there is not going to end the war anytime soon. It’s a problem many socialists I mean liberals have. It’s easier to whine about it that to take care of it. All the politicians who voted for use of force need to shut the hell up about the problems with the war and take responsibility and fix it. Its do damn broken, they are part of the problem. There would be no Iraq war if the asses didn’t vote for use of force. They did and now they are whining? They should remember they caused it and work on fixing it. Hypocritical bastards they are. Ok now to keep it on topic. I think its great that the civilian market has infiltrated the Military. We always had the best military and our citizens have always been well armed. Heck most Militia had better arms than the British and Continental army. Civilians can fine tune their weapons to have an edge, something of a taboo in most militaries. Yet we are seeing a trend where the military is mimicking the kick ass modifications from civilians and using it to make out soldiers the BEST armed EVER. Its because of our second ammendment right that we have the best armed military. If folks whine about us owning firearms, rememd them that is the free armed citizenry that enhances our troops weapons. Its the free armed citizenry that joins our military. The military saw the use of what cmpetition shooters use and styles and you can see it on the battlefield today. |

I am totally for going after the terrorists on their own soil, don't think otherwise please. I believe that Iraq was NOT the #1 threat that we could have gone after. I am for anything that will make the US a safer place, following the constitution of course.

+1 on the recruiters. That way you can go over and do something about it as a soldier and get paid the same meager $$$ as the rest of 'em. I think most of the 'contractors' had more of a say in wether or not they wound up over there than most reservists. (Why does everyone find it so un-P.C. to use the word mercenary? Since we aren't part of the sheeple led by the 'liberal media'.) I in no way disagree with the fact that the 'contractors' over there are performing a much needed service and respect them just as much as my fellow service man. Some of them are putting themselves in even graver danger than the average grunt on the ground by the nature of those they are there to protect. But the fact remains, that back in the good ol' USA you are a civilian, means nothing to some militia-man who sees you running around on his home turf totin' a fully decked AR. Look into our own policies and see what it says we call un-uniformed enemy personnel running around in a warzone. Please, let's not act so suprised when these guys aren't exactly treated like they are wearing the 'international red cross' (or red star and crescent in this case). Not that wearing either one of them is going to make a difference to our enemies in this case. |

First of all, a mercenary is one that SELLS his loyalty. These men were loyal to the US until the end. They gave their LIVES to protect US VIPs in a warzone. That's pretty fucking noble if you ask me.
I've had the honor of knowing several of these men, and can say that they're the closest thing you will ever find to a professional warrior. They (like the GI's on the ground) have my complete, utmost respect, and my undying gratitude for the jobs they perform. And they were in direct, full-blown fucking combat. What kind of treatment do you THINK they were expecting? To think that they were expecting civil treatment by the enemy is farcical at best. Does that mean we should overlook the way they were treated? FUCK no, it does not. They BURNED Mike Teague and his crew alive, and then hung them off a goddamned bridge in that shithole of a city they call Fallujah. Having known Mike for a very goodly while, I can tell you that he was one of the finest men I've had the pleasure of being around. To call a man like him or Chris a "mercenary" would a crime. As I said on another board: "So what's the lesson for the day? Leave the killing to those that do it for a living, and help out how you can. If you're a fat sack of useless e-trash, then send some money, for Pete's sake. Sorry for the rant, but that topic always leaves a real sour taste in my mouth. I just can't see how, if they feel strong enough about something to kill, they cannot make a simple donation." -Cap'n |

Well said sir! |
GD it! That just sucks. RIP. I've never been more connected to a war like I was with this one. Had a relative over there for a year. For some reason, I feel every loss more than before. |

MI6 British intelligence told the Bush adm there are WMD's
KGB Russian Intelligence told the BUSH adm there are WMD's (ex-allie) French Intelligence told the Bush adm there are WMD's (ex-allie) Our own CIA told the Bush amd there are WMD's When you have 4 credible sources (allies??? not any more "Food for Oil" scam) tell you there are WMD's Why dont you believe them? Bush did not lie he was misinformed. These good men died keeping us as Americans safe and for this I salute them, we will be forever grateful for there service to our great nation. |
This is the AR discussion board and should be left to those types of discussion. If you want to talk politics go over to GD for that please. |
Good point, also if you are relatively new to this site please be advised to tread lightly when making comments about people shown in some of these photos. Some of the people on this site are just armchair commandos (like me) others were friends of, and worked with, these people, keep that in mind Thanks. |

I suggest you read more and post less, since you obviously don't have a clue. My bro is there now defending your rights as well as mine. |
Everyone, this thread was cool last night when I went to sleep, I check in on it today and its gone WAY off topic. It can either get on topic again really soon, with more pics of contractors and discussion of the guns etc, or this one will be locked too.
If you'd like to talk about WMD or contractors, go to GD. |

Guys,
In my case it's not just a matter of going to the local recruiter. Twenty years ago i tried to enlist. Due to a leg injury from a car accident, they wouldn't take me. I as not asking for an exception. I wanted to go thru boot camp and could meet all of the physical stuff. My injury cut me out as a matter of policy because I have a drop foot. Now I'm 40 years old...I don't think that makes me any more better off. I sounded off last night because I wish I could go over there and make a difference. My brother is over there with the 101st. I'm really proud of him. If I could go over there as a merc, I would. Being a merc doesn't mean that I would only be loyal to the Almighty Dollar. It just means that the Army is no where near hard-up enough to take an old guy like me! |
What he said AND May ALL the people that have givin there lives to this country REST IN PEACE. |
No WMDs, huh?
"I got just a few words for ya..... SYRIA RUSSIAN SPECIAL FORCES TRANSPORT TEAMS and a web site? O.K. http://www.2la.org/syria/wmd.html Most of us who'd been paying attention knew that they were likely in Syria a long time ago Some people need to stop smokin' weed and stop listening to and believing in the main stream leftist media. " +1 on that ...... The Washington Times did a story on the Russian "spetznas" covering their tracks in Iraq and moving shtuff out before we went in....... |
Excellent topic and my heart goes out to Angie and Gage. I knew one of the contractors out there that also lost his life. We ALL owe them our gratitude and honor for the job they are doing there. hris
Second question.. Anyone know which rail systems are being used on the rifles? |
I fall into that catagory too. |
OK LISTEN UP YOU PRIMATIVE SCREWHEADS READ AND COMPREHEND WHAT THE MODERATOR OF THIS FORUM SAID ABOVE. |
In an effort to keep it back on topic.
Question about the ARs in the picture. Are they ARs? or full auto? Do they buy them here in the stars and bring them in themselves ot are they supplied by their respective companies? Some look like they may be ARs like we can build and buy but some are obviously different. |
Here is a link to some more pictures of contactors on www.militaryphotos.net/ Allmost all have that stupid Getty Image title acroos the photo. But what are you going to do. Anyone know how to remove that?
Contractors In Iraq |
