Currently I have a DPMS with a 16" upper. I have been thinking of getting an LMT 14.5" for a more tactical gun. Probably just get the upper now, then a lower later. First I would like some pictures to see what people have done with these.

ETA: Jake beat me to it.

Okay

Although you could just go to the M4 pic thread and look at a shitload of 14.5" uppers.

there are many 14.5" rifles that are not M4 styled.  I would post a pic...

Looks to be the Tango Down VFG.

Here's a 14.5" CMMG build with a TD grip on it.

ETA: Maybe I was looking at the wrong grip.  Pistol grip does look like the G27

Two on the left are 14.5" barrels. The far left is my 14.5" LMT and the center is my 14.5" LWRC SRT.

Not a 14.5", but a 14.7". Close enough. CMMG upper, Superior Arms lower, Burris XTS-135 dot. Nice female holding the whole thing.
