I recently purchased a PSA 16" Mid Stainless Stealth 5.56 NATO 1:7 Pencil 13.5" Freedom Upper.  After several hundred rounds...  The accuracy is unacceptable compared to my other PSA Uppers. 7-8 MOA with XM193 or M855.  3.5 MOA with FGMM 69 gr.  My other PSA's are 1.5-2 MOA with military ball and 1 MOA or less with FGMM 69 gr.

Barrel nut is tight. Gas block is tight. Hand guard is tight.  Head space is good to go. Free float/nothing is touching the barrel. There is no visible bore or crown problem. Same lots of ammo shoot fine in all my other guns. I am waiting on an answer from PSA...

Am I missing something?

Has anyone else had an issue like this with a PSA barrel?

Did I just get a dud?

How is their customer service in dealing with something like this?

Thanks for any insight.

They have an industry forum.  While their general overall CS is slow I have known them to make things right if there is a screw up.  You might contact them deal with them before bringing your issue to the public.

That is generally good form, talk to vendor/manufacturer first.
