Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - PWA lower

 I just bought a CAR-15 w/ a lower receiver that is marked PWA Commando 5.56  Anybody know anything about this company/piece?  The upper is relatively unmarked except a crosshair symbol w/ "AR" next to it.  Any ideas on ID?

I have Colt, Bushmaster, and one PWA . Of the group, the PWA is my favorite. I bought the stripped lower and built it into a great functioning/shooting rifle that has excellent finish and fit. I'd buy more PWA receivers except that the company is out of business. No idea on the upper though.

PWA sold their tooling to the people who now makes Rock River ARs.
