I'm sure it would considering they are both PSA. The blem is just cosmetic defects and usually undetectable. If the receiver is "out of spec" I would think they would scrap it and not sell it as a blem, at least I hope they wouldn't.

I don't believe that I've ever seen anybody post that they were dissatisfied with the PSA blem upper that they bought when they have listed them in the past.

Fit can vary from receiver set to receiver set. No way to really know until you have a particular set in hand to try.

These blems are purely cosmetic, if you can find them at all. I sure wasn't able to.

They are good lowers but I'm seeing them at 69.99.

Thanks gentlemen. I have a few PSA lowers so I'll order a couple and see if I can find a good fit.

I ordered a few of the blemished uppers and other parts yesterday. I got the shipping email with tracking numbers from PSA already. I really wasn't expecting that.

Just an FYI, they pregenerate them with orders... still might take a couple a few days to actually ship. Especially with the amount of traffic I am sure they are seeing. |

They do. I've got a blem lower from about a year ago and a blem upper I received last week and they went together great. I'm pretty much always satisfied with PSA. The cheap prices make up for the long waits.
