I already searched and looked around  on google and yahoo for an answer to this.

I bnought a gas buster charging handle a few days ago, and got it today, but when I tried to insert the handle into my upper, it got caught where the notches are on the side of the handle near the front. Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong or if it is that my upper is out of spec or what?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It goes in just like a regular charging handle.  Make sure you remember how to reinstall the original one.

So I did forget how I took my original one out, I think it only took about 3 minutes for me to forgot how to put it back in. Wow, this makes a new low for my firearms knowledge.
