I have shot a ton of this stuff and I know that it is listed on most web sites as reloadable.
However everytime I have shot it I have given the brass to a buddy, that I owe brass too.
He has not tried to deprime it yet (he's out of town) and I started wondering is the primer crimped in?
I have shot all I had and I am fixing to get some more so I was wondering about it's primer incase I reload it?
I did glance at it before and it locked crimped, however I just glanced at it.

Here is a picture of it from the past, and I have since shot this.

So what do you use to cut the crimp out with?
Would a Berdan primer remover work like this?

Agree with Eric802, Berdan has nothing to do with Boxer or crimp.

If your budget allows, get the Dillon swage tool, otherwise, there are dozens of good tools for both cut or swage methods.
One form of swage tool uses your press ram to do the job. Many types of deburr tools exist which work very well.

Don't let primer crimps distract you. Some of the best brass available is Mil-Surp or Mil-Spec and has been crimped. Don't let that stop you from taking advantage.
You will be ahead in terms of reloading if you have plain primer pockets, but should your brass have crimps it is trivial to fix.

THIS plus a power drill adaptor gets rid of military crimps instantly. I just put the drill on very slow, press the brass onto it for 1/2 a second and it removes the crimp perfectly. And it is VERY quick.
