I have been looking at this hard too, but haven't been able to find much in the way of feedback on it.

As far as durability goes it's made from the same housing as the 2.5 and 5x prism optics so they should be pretty tough. My problem is that the 5x weighs roughly the same has the same eye relief (once again roughly). Why not go with the 5x? |

The pro of the 3x over the 5x is speed at 100 and in.
Pros and cons I suppose. |

Yeah, I see most of the stats are pretty similar aside from the magnification. The reticle on the 3x is the biggest difference, seconded by speed/FOV.
I haven't ruled out the 1-6x either though... |

I suppose the 3x is supposed to be more of an improvement to the 2.5x than anything. The 2.5x was good but I didn't like the dots for holdover points.
