Am I stupid or something? I cant get my Otis buttstock cleaning kit to fit in my buttstock. Not even close! Any tips you guys have on how to arrange everthing so it will fit. I can get the bag with all the little tools in but there isnt room for the cable (pull rod) or the little bottle of clp.

The key is in the packing.  The coiled cable is the most important part.  Most of your tools (i.e. brushes, patch holder etc) will go in the middle of the coiled cable (should be 3 or 4 loops).  When installed in the stock the coil will be oval shaped.  The brush & fixed rod will lie along the bottom edge of the kit (outside the coiled cable).  The CLP bottle also goes inside the coiled cable.

Personally I replaced the square bottle of CLP for the slightly larger round bottle you can buy from the gunshops.  It not only gives me more CLP - but I use the smaller bottle in the trap door pistol grip of my AR carbine (which doesn't have a trap door stock).
