For a while now I've been putting together a 9mm using a SP1 upper and lower.  I just love the clean lines of the slickside upper and slabside lower.  My question is this, I've found a 2 piece mag block for a cheap price and was wondering if I should use it on this build?  I wouldn't care if I had to drill/pin an A2 lower but this is a slabside.  Do you think I'll ruin the asthetics if I pin this block in place?

if you have no plans on selling then why not?

I say, drill away.  If you arent keeping it "all original" then who cares?
