Is $150 too much to pay for a stripped olympic lower receiver (.223)

imo, yes

there are others that are of quality for about $100 and for $150 i would expect a bushie lower.

but factor in ffl transfer fees and go from there.

With all the options out there, I would say Yes, That's to much.

I got mine for $100 out the door at the fun show.  I would not pay more than that.

Hit the EE, there are several people selling lowers under $100, some under $90  including shipping.  Only real cost is finding a FFL who does a cheap transfer, or if close to the seller, do a FTF transfer.

I'm happy with the MEGA I just got for $85 OTD.  $150 would be fair for the lower and a lower parts kit with it but not installed.

$150 is too much.

I payed $130 and felt ripped off.

There are many good options for less than that, and you can usually find Bushmaster lowers for $155-$160.

That's too much, but take a look at other dealers in your area and compare.

My local dealers are asking $150 for stripped Stag Arms lowers and in the low $100 for no name brands.

Gun prices in my area are high but there's no choice, got to buy the receiver or gun from a FFL.

At least other parts except the receiver could be bought cheaper anywhere.
