i got a quote for a olympic arms K3B 16" of $695.00 out the door, is that a good price, i guess i'll check around

I was looking at the OLY website the list is 780 bucks. There's 4 different models 780 is the cheapest and they go up from there. Is that 695 out door with taxes and all included? The I guess that would ok. Now I'm sure someone will come along and say they can get it for less.
