My newest is a Franken GUU-5P.  There's just something about them I've always thought was kinda cool.    The Specs:
Barrel: 16 inch Del-Ton M-4 (from my scrapped tacticool) with an A1 Flash Hider
BCG:  Unmarked Mil carrier with an FN bolt, both from landman303
Upper: 604 Upper from JSE
Handguards:  RRA
Stock, buffer, tube:  M&A Parts
Trigger Group:  DPMS
Rest of the LPK:  Apex
Lower:  Nodak (of course)
ETA:  This is one of the Blem lowers, not that I can find a thing wrong with it!!  Gotta love it when even the blems are great!

What do you guys think?

Thats awesome! I love these kinda builds, I own one AR-15 and it is in this same configuration, but it has a lightweight barrel that is .750 under the FSB that I've been meaning to replace with an M4 barrel and a pinned branson comp. Your rifle looks excellent, damn I really gotta get an NDS lower! I bet that rifle is nice and light with nice balance from the m4 cut barrel. Great build  that rifle is begging for an old school carbine tube nut though!

Thanks!  This build was part what I had lying around the house and then just enough new parts to finish it.  So in a way I guess I built it just like the Air Force does.    And you definitely need a Nodak lower.  I have 4 so far, 3 regular ones and one blem and they are all just great!  I see more in my future.

Looks excellent, Farmboy! I LOVE rifles that are built using mismatched parts.

Your carrier has a large retaining pin hole. Those with forward assist serrations were used on late XM16E1's and early M16A1's. Colt didn't mark their carriers until Hydramatic and H&R started manufacturing the M16, so I think your carrier is Colt.
