Is there a difference between the two? I am seeing the ACOG NSN for $1000 on the EE, and just the TA01 for around $750. What is the difference?

Thanks,
Bigfeet

The TA01 is calibrated for M193 from a carry handle mount and a 20" barrel. It has ranging marks out to 800 mneters. At night the entier reticle glows bright red.

The TA01 nsn is calibrated for M855 from a flat top mount and a 14.5 inch barrel. It has ranging marks out to 600 meters. At night the center or the reticle(100,200 and 300 meters) glows dim yellow so as not to harm NV equipment. The nsn also has back up iron sights on top.
