If this is a dupe, delete mods, but I would like to be current on the price changes:

I know that over on the Thompson board they are doing a group buy to get NIB 50 round drums down to $200.

Preban they were $600 for a "Westie," now they are $200-250.00

Beta C mags were $650+ and are now around $235 or so.

I saw an indy today selling Ciener 30 rounders for like $60 each for 3.  They were $120 preban.

Anyone interested in a thread like this?

I was buying USGI used 30 round mags for $10 while the AWB was in full swing.  $20 a piece even for new ones sounds way to high.  You might want to take this to the MAGAZINE section, as you might have better luck there.

I know I don't plan on paying more than $12-15 for new mags, depending on how many I buy at a time.

Ceiner Mags on EE and such...were 120-200 bucks, however, Ciener when he was selling them, wanted 60 bucks back then for em....and that "deal" if you buy three you pay 150...yeah he had that then too...trust me, I know, because that's what I paid for the three I have now...I called yesterday and was pissed that they didn't drop a dime on any of their prices...

I called JAC today and they have them for 59.99 each or 3 for around $50 each.  No real price break, but  still cheaper than 120+

Any info on Colt 32 rounders?

We are still in pre-ban mode here, since our ban is permanent. (thanks John K.)
At least we can still buy pre-bans & post bans.

Dang, I didn't even think about Thompson Drums. Not that I really want one for my 27a1 but I guess if the price is right it'd be kind of fun to pick one up at a later date.  I wonder if AK 75 rnd. drums will come back down to $39 bucks a pop, seems like that was what they were going for "way back when". This sunset is still too new for it all to sink in yet.  I'm sure as I buy new guns and order mags it'll sink in that I can get standard caps at good prices again but it'll be hard to shake 10 years of "traning" from this stupid AWB.

I want an AK drum just because it pisses off Feinswine so much...

I got totally spoiled when I got my first postban, a century CETME, because the G3 mags I got to go with it were only $4.  So I got about 20, and now thats the minimum load for any single rifle in my inventory.  With my AK thats no prob, cause those never really got that expensive.  Now I am just starting to get used to $12 for AR mags.  But I will catch on, I'm sure.  When I get a couple of ARs done I am sure that I will justify the cost of a Beta......muhahahaha
