Hi everyone, I am new here and I want to get my first Ar15, don't know much about them, need some help. I have a DW CBOB for sale and fellow member from another forum offer me to trade with Noveske N4 rifle, less than 500 round fired. Here is some info, Lower: Noveske N4 (non-blem) with Noveske cross in red, 2 stage trigger, anti-rotation rings, Hogue pistol grip, Magpul 10/30 PMAG, and 6 position collapsable stock.

Upper: Noveske 16" barrel, Magpul BUIS, fixed FSB, and 1:7 Twist rate. Is it worth it? I need a rifle just for target shooting. Will appreciate any advise. Thanks

Is it a factory put together rifle or he put it together himself? Midlength? What kind of two stage trigger, etc.. Because MSRP on a 16" Noveske is roughly $1500.

It's up to you and what you think it's worth. You can add up the cost of the parts and see how you feel. For just punching paper I don't see anything wrong with it. Noveske puts out great barrels. If you plan to put it through it's paces I'd let an expect give it a once over. AR's can be put together on a kitchen table and it doesn't take a genius but there is a wrong way and a right way to do things.

I personally feel you can come out with a better rifle by selling your DW and buying a factory built Noveske. Not sure what rail that is and you get a better stock when buying a complete Noveske rifle on top of a factory warranty.
