Norinco Ammo - AR15.COM

This has probably been hit a thousand times before, but can anyone tell me what the .223 REM Norinco is like, a buddy has a couple of thousand and was wondering if it was ok to put down my RRA.

I did a quick search but could not find it anywhere, my computer fu is weak.

As in good. I've never heard anything bad about chinese ammo. Good plinking ammo. If you can get it for the price of wolf or maybe a bit more, I'd buy it.

hot as in velocity, seems to cycle very fast and good and send brass about 8ft away.
yes I would like some more, around $100 case when I bought it

I have shot and would do it again in a heartbeat if I could find some more. The local gunshop used to sell it for $2.00 per 20 round box but it has dried up.

Ok, my buddy said there is two different types of box's, an old yellow box and some in the new Norinco box's. I will be going over to his place this afternoon to check them out for head stamps. I think he said a couple of box's had $2.99 price tags, so what would be a fair price in todays ever increasing market, in case I decide to sell them.

You can get the .223 ammo in Canada. They seem to like it. I have heard of people running across the boarder getting some and then comming back. Whis I was closer to the canuks.

We can get Chinese clothes but not their ammo. Oh well sh** happens.

went shooting today and shot a box of the red box Norinco, 20 round in a 1" circle from fifty yds w/ eotech
