Norinco Model CQ 311. They also make a model CQ 311A2. IIRC, they were/are available in Canada. They might look funny but I doubt they are crap considering the SKS's, AK's, 1911's, M14's and shotguns that Norinco produces. Perhaps not fine, world class firearms but Norinco does produce rugged, reliable weapons.
