I seen a Colt for sale marked AR-15 A3, TACTICAL CARBINE, CAL..223 . It has FH Bayo Lug and Tele stock.Made during the first six months of the ban. Anyone know anything about these? Value? Thanks in advance.

I don't think many pre-6721's were made.I saw an ad on Sturm that said 134.$4600!

Right, 134 or 136 made Pre-Ban, there were however some that made it out of the factory not

LE/Restricted/Export marked that should have been,

I've got one and have yet to find out just how rare or not they are,

I have three that were made after the ban. The requirement that the magazines be stamped was immediate.  The requirement that the post AW ban weapons be stamped did not come into effect till about a year later. The unmarked 6721's were marked AR15A3 Tactical Carbine and had the prefix BD before the serial number. After the marking requirement, the prefix was changed to L ( assuming for LE ). These guns came with a letter stating that they were LE restricted. The serial number range is 48X and 69X on the guns.
