My TA-51 came with two screws. My #19 ACOG came with two screws. but I just got a #19S from a vendor on this board, who has a good reputation, and it didnt include the screws needed to attach the TA31 to the #19S.

WTF? Any idea where I can buy the proper screws? I imagine ordering them direct from ARMS will cost a small fortune plus exhorbinate shipping...

The 19s does not come with screws.  The screw that comes with the TA31 is all that there is.

Thanks to PPD on this board, there is a cheap and easy solution.  Go to the hardward store and buy 2 10/32 5/8" screws (regular slot, not countersunk).  A little blue Loctite, and your ACOG now attaches to the 19s for about fifteen cents.

Mine were free at work [;)]

Yes, it is pretty lame that they cannot include the 12 cents worth of screws.

Let me right those numbers down.......

36...24...36 no....

one if by land, two if by sea.....wait

E=mc2 what?

Copy and paste, what a nice little feature.

Remember, TA51 is a mount provided by Trijicon and the #19s is an ARMS product.  Why should ARMS be reponsible for Trijicon's mounting screws.

The #19 ACOG comes with screws, two nice black buttonhead 10-32 x 3/8" machine screws.  Why not the cheaper 19S?

I have received many 19acogs and never did they come with screws nor why should anyone inventor & supply screws for some one elses product that already came with screws? What happened to the screws that came with the scope?

Is 3/8" the length (ACOG manual says 1/2") or outside diameter?

3/8" is the length, but 1/2" is way more common and will work fine.
