all I have to say is Outstanding.

With Ken's speedy email reply and a call to customer service. They are sending a new Tailcap for my Gladius. I said I was having problems with it. They are sending me a new one. No questions asked. I am looking forward to their new light, the Falcata, which I will be purchasing one of those too.

I could not possible agree with you more. If more companies behaved like they did we would all have less stress in our lives. Ken mailed me a lanyard to give to someone at no charge after I sold one of my two gladius's. All that means...Any new light they come out with I will buy! as if I needed a reason

My experience was the same. They replaced a defective Gladius with one that is incredible. Sent it to me Fedex overnight.
About the best service I have experienced.

+1 - they replaced the tail cap on my Gladius for free! And I stripped it!!!
