Built a post ban CAR 15 kit from M&A PArts mated to a Rock River lower. Labor took 45 minutes, and all appears normal and functional. Nice and tight, everything moves the way it is supposed to, and the rifle looks great. Bottom line, another black rifle is alive and well in Texas!
