I try to get an information concerning an M16 lower receiver I have found here in Germany (and I believe that if I can find this information it's here !):

does anybody now who have made this receiver , who is the manufacturer ?

There is a marking on it : a CQ inside a triangle ...

Is it an M16 or AR15 lower?  Is it capable of full auto or only semi auto?  I didn't know that you could have full auto in France?

To answer your questions , yes my M16 is full auto cappable and no , it is not allowed for civilian use in France (stupid laws).
But it is allowed for military and law enforcement , my Baby is laying in the armory of a military base and I can only use it inside the base or in operation .
In France only semi-auto weapons are allowed for civilians ... You can not imagine how lucky you are in the United States !

To follow M4madnes advice , I will put my question in the M16 forum . I hope somebody will be abble to give me the solution !
