I read 1/9 and 1/7 twist.  16" and 24" barrel.  Chrome lined "undrestand that is good"  I guess what I am asking is will a RRA lower fit a Colt or any other upper?  Do I need to match manufacture parts or can I mix and match?  Thanks for any info ALL.

Uppers and lowers are interchangeable. Some will have a little more play between them than others but if they fit a little loose, its no big deal. it will not affect function at all.

The old colt uppers and lowers will have a larger hole in the front than all current manufactured uppers and lowers.
There is a screw kit that can fix this, so its not the end of the world.
Basically, any current production upper will fit on any current production lower.
