Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - New army weapon?

I thought I saw somewhere on AR15.com that there was a new weapon that would be mounted to HUMVEE's and would have no recoil, would be able to engage multiple targets simultaneously...etc.  Is there a link to that somewhere?

there's one in development called the DREAD centrifuge gun. It is saucer shaped and shoots hundreds of thousands of steelballs. 120,000 a minute ,  I think. that may or may not be what you read about. Go to defensereview.com,  that's where I read about it a few months ago.
