the E2 M-4 style carbine with the mini Y-Comp  the pinned open stock and the removable carrying handle. I just took it out this morning to sight in a BSA red dot i bought for it. I got a 2 in group at 50 yards after only 9 rounds. Coming from having owned a Winchester 94 in .30-30 and a Sar-2 in 5.45mm this type of accuracy is amazing to me.

You should still buy a Colt.  And an Armalite.  And an RRA.  You should have at least one from each of the good companies in order to have a well rounded collection.

Thanks one and all. As of now one is enough for me. I do plan on getting a ton of accessories for her. the BSA is doing fine right now but i wont be able to resist an Aimpoint next time i see one.Have to get a nice tactical flashlight for the handguards and a nice little foregrip. The best thing about the gun is that my girlfriend bought her for me and her parents live in Wind Gap PA with some land for shooting. I just was outside putting another 30 rounds through her to sight in the iron sights.

[lolabove] [rofl]Another? [lol][rofl2]It's only supposed to take 18!  Download a manual with zeroing instructions, available right here, on this site.

Well, maybe it's easier on a less Windy Gap Day. [;)]

Click on home, then on the left column, books & manuals, then download:

TM 9-1005-319-10 (3MB PDF)
Operator's Manual w/Components List M16A2, M4, M4A1

P. S. I've a (pre-ban) Bushmaster, too (with Colt 1/7 barrels).

oh,it only took 3 three shot strings to get her dead on. the other 21 rounds were for fun.
