I have a new Recon and have a couple questions.

1) Never had this with any of my 10 plus ARs in the past - there is a rattle/loose piece in my h buffer - is this normal? Not the stock/buffer tube, but the actual buffer.

2) The trigger is horrible - feels like 10 lbs and not very crisp - is this normal?

Thank you

My buffer is the same.  It's not noticeable when shooting.  I immediately replaced the trigger with a Wilson Combat TTU.

So this is normal?

I wonder, does the loose piece in the h buffer serve a purpose?

.
The buffer noise is noticeable when shooting with a can so I replaced the weights with
tungsten powder, no more rattle slapping noise now

It helps
to keep from getting bolt bounce, acts like a dead blow hammer

That makes sense.
