We are continuing to test these every chance we get. Here is a short vid of my son blasting away... Jesse Blasting NOW SHIPPING! There is a back log on these, but they are now shipping weekly. Thank you all for your patience. Jeff |
are these identical to the other kits or are the parts different?
Do BDM Mags work? |
BDM mags work great. We do have all spare parts readily available. They are compatible with another brand.
Blued or parkerized?
And nothing to do with that JAC...COC violation withheld, is there? |
They are parkerized and this is a private venture--no association with JAC.

Killer! I'm in for one.
I've been wanting a conversion kit for quite some time, but absolutely refuse to do business with that <insert expletive> Ceiner. |
That's sweet. I might actually have to get me one of those. |
Isnt your title misleading .."tired of waiting..." but yet, we have to wait for yours.
Jus sayin................ BTW, luv the 14.7" |
Im pretty sure CMMG is working on the FA parts. |
A month or 2 is ALOT better than 6-8 Months (Possibly Never!) with Terrible customer service, ect.. |
I'm assuming that something like the 1:12 16" would be the closest to ideal host upper for this?
Yeah the old SP1, 1:12 twist uppers work the best with a 22LR conversion. |
DPMS' kit was the same as a Colt. Ours is not. Jeff |
The initial conversion is for semi autos, but we will have an M16 unit available soon. Like Tom stated, a 1/12 would work nicely. I just happen to have a bunch of light weight CAR, Mid and rifle barrels laying around.
Jeff |
Do you have the spare parts ready to order and ship now? I need a few extractors and firing pins.... The parts are a direct drop on for a jac kit correct? Jerad |
I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to have one of these. I've got a CMMG lightwieght mid 1/12 twist barrel on my latest build, should go together nicely.
PS: All your second page are belong to me. |
that looks exactly like the spikes tactical's design! YAY!!! i was wondering when they were going to release that! Sign me up
Well it's good to see someone else getting in on the .22lr market.
This looks nothing like the Spikes Tactical design. |
Its not, CMMG did this project on their own. |

good move to go with Brownells..now they finally gonna dump JAC
I just finished a search at Brownells web site, looked for the p/n for the 27rd mag kit, the search came back " You searched :080-000-558 show images 10 25 50 100items per page Narrow Your Search by keyword by manufacturer There were no records found matching your search, please select a category from the left or enter a search keyword. ???????????? |

It doesn't sound as if they have it added to their site yet. Try giving them a call as they were supposed to be bringing sales staff up to speed. There will be more info in the next couple weeks.
Kudos to CMMG. You guys just keep coming up with the stuff we want. I've been waiting for a decently priced conversion of this type.......
Now listed on Brownells.
Any chance of having Midway as a distributor as well? |
It seems like 1/12 is a favorite for the 22LR. What kind of accuracy can be expected for the average 16" 1/9 or an 11.5" 1/9?
Thanks-- |
are you manufacturing the sear trip & anti-bounce weight for full auto use? when will those be available? thanks |
No as it wont eject out of the left hand side of the gun. |
We will be offering this a couple months after release of our standard kit. |
*unless you are REALLY handy and competent with a dremel --sorry, lots of sugar today--mgmt |
I see 20" barrels on your website. Any chance of making a 16" with a 1/12 twist to go with this kit?
We have 16" lightweight CAR and Mid lengths in 1/12 in stock.
