Well, somebody said if you got a new AR, you needed to post a picture of it. This is my latest acquisition, a Smith & Wesson MP15A. Only have about 300 rounds thru it so far but it's been flawless. The fit an finish is markedly better than my DPMS.

nice rifle...where did you get the rail for the bottom of the handguard at? Thats the route I want to go for mounting a VFG...and maybe a light (big stress on the maybe, if I never use it why have it...just more to weigh down the rifle.)

I got the rail from Command Arms Accessories. I like it because it's light, being made of polymer material, and you can install it with no modification to the handguard. If you have a carbine with the M4-style handguard and you decide to order one, get the PRB model. It has holes that line up for that type handguard. I also liked the price; it's $11.99 plus shipping.
