I have heard of people having FTE issues with the ammo due to the chamber getting fouled. I wonder if you may have this issue and it is slowing down or dragging the cycle. You may consider a buffer. Do you have M4 cuts top and bottom?

Ammo for you, since as you stated, the rifle will run on everything else.

I am having a similar problem. I took my first build to the gun shop where they test fired it with no problems. Next day at the range it would load two or three rounds then miss feed. It seems to be getting worse. I tried two different brands of ammo,same results,only had one magazine a 5 round PRI.The gun is 6.8 cal, RRA upper and lower, AR Stoner 20" barrel and bolt. Love the rifle though, this is the most accurate I have ever fired. Any Ideas ?

Did the bolt clock back on the bolt catch after the round was shot? |

Tula ammo is probably the worst ammo out there.
I can feed usually feed a mag or two with it in my BCM rifle but then I get failures like you describe every 4-5 shots. Still have a ton of the stuff but don't really shoot it anymore unless I am just out messing around and not trying to actually work on something. |
