Howdy! I just got my AR (regular .223/5.56) and I am wanting to stretch its legs for long distance accuracy (Out to 600-700 yrds) with some loads I am loading up. I would like to have something that will last, durable, and give me the vision I need to see targets out to those distances. What would you guys suggest?

1. Budget?

2. What type/size targets will you be shooting?

1.) $500 absolute max

2.) want to be hitting the 6" by 6" gong at 600 and 700yrds
Also, person sized target because we have sillouttes of people out at 700.
I want most accuracy as possible.

I would call around and try to find a dealer that will sell one of these for $500. Try cameralandny.com and sportoptics.com.

If not an SWFA SS fixed 12x or 16x mil/mil is $300. Or the Midwayusa Weaver GST. is a great option but 10x will limit you on smaller targets.
