Hi. I'm consider about vortex strikefire and SPARC. I read the under 200$ budget sights post in the FAQ section and there is a lot of people using strikefire. Why not SPARC? I really want to know which one is better, thanks!

Please don't tell me buy a EOTech or Trijicon. I'm talking about budget sights under 200 here. If you have any good recommendation in this range, please let me know.

I went with the Strikefire for the following:
a) Budget  - Price was under $200 (149.99 + tax from Primary Arms, no shipping)
b) I wanted absolute cowitness and that is accomplished with the high mount version
c) Could not find anything bad about it, just that is was a low cost alternative.

The warranty did not hurt either...

Did not consider the SPARC because it was over $200 (closer to $300).

I have had the Strikefire on now for a couple months, have shot around a1000 rounds and it has not lost zero.  Only issue I had was the battery died rather quickly and the lens caps were hard to close (lubed them, now not an issue).

I've got both and honestly, don't think the SPARC is worth the extra $$$ in that I can't find where it's really better enough to justify the added expense.  One thing I don't like about the SPARC is there's a small protrusion in the glass that bugs the heck out of me––I think it's part of the illumination electronics.

I have a SPARC and love it. I recently put close to 500 rounds through my carbine during a training course and it held zero all day.  I was able to obtain extremely quick and clear sight pictures in both a light rain and bright sunlight. In fact, I was quicker to hit targets at both close range and roughly 85 yards than some more experienced shooters with high end optics.  I also have it mounted with absolute Co witness with Magpul BUIS, so I get the best of both worlds. I would recommend the optic to anyone looking for an excellent, and reliable, optic on a budget.

I've had both and both are good sights.  I think the newer electronics stuff is in the strikefires now also.  I think previously the sparc had better battery life.  The "upgrade" part of the sparc is that the sight is in a smaller package, weight and size are a big issue in most builds.  I think MAP is $200 on the sparc and $150 on the Strikefire.  The sparc would make since for a lot of people, since you can mount it low profile, 1/3, or absolute with included mounts at a lower street price its not much more than the other budget micros after you get mounts for them.  The vortex products used to have a good reputation here, but lately (on this forum at least) a lot of people have been alluding to problems.  In actual function they good, you are not giving up much in actual function to $500+ competitors, in warranty support Vortex is pretty much the best scope company to deal with (their warranty is more of a no-fault one), what is the trend is actual reliablity questions... which to be fair most people that seem to post of of them don't have actual experience with issues.
