Had a SS 10x 42 and a 16x- traded the 10 x, so I am now looking for something as nice, but variable magnification.

Have to stay in the 3-400 range as far as cost.

I may get another 10X, but just wanted to see if there is somethingelse that may suit my needs.

Mil-dot/30MM tube (have a LaRue mount) are the requirements.

Thanks for any advicec you can offer.

I think the problem is so many folks ask the exact same question. Ie...
I have xxx to spend and want to know what is the best scope in that price range. I had suggested we do a thread that covers the recommendations for scopes in the 200, 300, 400, 500 price range but the thread kinda died.

I am leaning towards a 4x12x variable bushnell elite 3200 or the nikon buckmaster 4.5-14x scope as best options in the 200-300 range for my predator pursuit

I was really looking for a variable, but the SS is a known quantity for me, so I bought it.

Love to see the thread if you find it.

For me the Leupold 3X10 mildot is perfect for that all.
