I haven't purchased the scope yet, but it will be a Leupold VarX III 4.5X14X40. What are the best rings and base for this application? The rifle is a Knight's SR15 Match.

Yes, the F-16s are out of Ellington Field doing a CAP over Downtown Houston earlier this year
