I would just take one of these, mill it flat and screw it to the bottom.

We tried a standard riser rail, Bsquare i think, and milled the top of the picatinny off to get the 'NATO' mount. However, with the SUSAT set on top of the riser rail, it has to be set way back to get eye relief, there was not much lateral  security and the ergonomics were awful. No joy. h

Tried the SUIT sight with the TAPCO mount, okay but of course it is off centre ht

There are a few of us with spare SUSATS, none of us have them fitted to an AR15 system, mine is still in its transit box!
