I am installing my GG&G FF Forearm and the instructions say to set the screws to 35 inch lbs.  Problem is i don't have a inch lb wrench.  I only have a torque wrench that measures in ft./lbs.  Is anyway to install this with my ft./lbs wrench?

I have a conversion program on my computer and it says 35in lbs is equal to 3ft lbs i'm not sure if
this is correct or not if someone could check my numbers i'm sure it would help alot of people
around here.

I hope this helps
