According to the person who saw it, it's a reflex sight that looks similiar to the ITL MARS, and have visible and/or IR laser built in (he's sure it has atleast one of them).
According to what he remmeber, it's made in some east-european country : he remmebered it was from The Czech Republic, but I did some search and it's prolly not it from there.

Also the scope is made for military use - dunno about civi.
