Does anyone have a good source / manufacturer of suppressors for 9mm AR-15 carbines?  I do not want a can that attaches to barrel. I am looking for integral barrel/suppressors similar to the ones I have seen on Ruger Mk II pistols.  Also, it must be able to cleaned for extended reuse.  I do not want the ones with a maximum round life.  I am only interested in a suppressor that can handle semi-auto fire capability.  I am at a loss of where to look for this suppressor, any and all help will be gratly appreciated. I already have a Class III Dealer lined up for the transfer.

Thanks Boomer

I’m hoping to have a Gemtech TALON-SD at my C3 before the end of the year.

Best Regards, J

AAC makes a nice unit called a Spec 916 which the silencer module is permanant to the barrel so it meets the 16" rule.

LRM frequents the M16 forum here and makes a unit though I know nothing of it.

Pretty typical now for companies to make sealed units that do not disassemble. Cleaning would at best be a soaking/rinsing action.

A custom unit could be made to your specs by a smaller manuf. who does singles.

Does anyone have a photo of the 916? I have seen the Spec 919, but am really curious what it looks like at sixteen inches. I plan to purchase one this fall so my tax stamp comes through by spring time when it gets warm enough to get outside.
