Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need Advice on Scope Rings

I have a RRA 18" Varmint that needs a scope.  I had Nikon on it and sold to my good friend, he made me a good offer on it.  

I am going to get another Nkon or possibly a Leupold and I want to mount it permantely on the AR with rings, I do not wnat a removable or quick release and thumb screws are not needed.

Can you recommend a set of rings, reasonable priced.
