hey guys, i have the gas fornt sight, gas tube, and 2 peice handguard off of my AR15, and i need to know how to take the delta rind off the thing without an armeros wrench

You will have to take the barrel off first. The snap ring and groove the Delta ring sits in goes on from the rear with the barrel already off. Only other way it to dremel.

Hoot is correct.  Nothing like Dremeling off a $10+ dollar item when the wrench costs just a few dollars more.
