Just got back from the range today, That rifle shot great with the scope. going tomorrow to fine tune my zero. The BM buis suck not enough adjustment available to get zeroed. I ran out of elevation need to drop about 3 more inches. I fired Winchester white box 40rd special , 55gr.
had a light to medium crosswind rounds grouped around an inch. I need to tighten up my firing position should reduce that. I had a little too much caffeine prior to shooting. I will be shooting some ADCOM 63gr rounds tomorrow I know they will zero different.

Went to the range again this morning to check my zero. I was firing ADCOM M855 Ball ammo.
It fired flawlessly it took  just about 10 rds to zero. I got my groupings down to about an inch.
this rifle has about zero recoil and minimal muzzle rise. Once I get my old level of skill up ,  Im gonna put some venison on the table.

What kind of velocity would XM193 get from a 24" bbl?

Nice shooter . I have the same setup , sans the AK brake though .

I was actually disappointed when I first got it and was
using heavier match grade ammo . Of course YMMV , but
Light and fast turned out to be what mine needed .

Mine absolutely loves the Win 45gr JHP Varmint rounds for
whatever the reason . Nothing else I've tried even comes
close to it in accuracy in this setup .

Great piece, My 6724 does not like heavy grain rounds I've tried them all. It will produce the best groups with Lake City M855 62gr..  Enjoy the low muzzel rise and low recoil. Fun to shoot, huh?......

I have found my rifle really likes ADCOM M855 shoots very consistant groups. I need to try some heavy rounds to see how they perform. Overall I am very pleased with this rifle but it will not be my last. It looks like I spread the BRD to my brother and my girlfriend so I will be building a few more rifles this year as funds allow. That is after I stock up on more ammo

M855 and WWB aren't going to be consistent enough. Look into the specialized match rounds if accuracy is what you really want. Bullet construction and powder loads should be much more consistent than surplus M855. You could expect sub-MOA if you're already at MOA with surplus.

It does not take me very long at all, I got lotsa practice loading mags in the army. It is easier to load a bunch before going to the range than reloading at the range.

Aint that the truth the last time I went to the range I shot the whole time I was there while the other 2 guys I went with spent 1/2 their time loading mags!

Merry Christmas. After ignoring my 20" A2 and primarily shooting the 16" carbine, that barrel seems like a goosegun barrel.

Enjoy.
